Hello Everybody! This post will be all about me! My name is Robbie and this is my website all about me and my bonsai trees. I am completing my senior year of college at Virginia Tech studying Computer Science. Now a little about my trees…
I currently have three Ginseng Grafted Ficus trees, five Golden Gate Ficus trees, eight Podocarpus trees, one Sago Palm tree, two Guiana Chestnut trees, one Meyer Lemon tree, one Desert Rose tree, one Juniper tree, and seeds of over ten different varieties waiting to grow.
Ginseng Grafted Ficus
This is my biggest Ginseng Grafted Ficus.
I also have two small Ginseng Grafted Ficus cuttings.
Golden Gate Ficus
This is my large Golden Gate Ficus. This one is my favorite tree. Stay tuned for a post about it soon.
This is a cutting I took off of the large Golden Gate Ficus that has rooted quite nicely.
These are some other cuttings I took off the same tree.
Podocarpus
This is my very large Podocarpus tree.
These are some of the cuttings I took off of the large Podocarpus tree that have all rooted and have small clumpy roots.
These are the other super small cuttings I took off of the big Podocarpus tree. They have taken a long time to root and even longer to show any new growth.
Sago Palm
This is my magnificent Sago Palm tree. The lighter green leaves on the top row are all brand new!
Money Tree (Guiana Chestnut)
These are my two Guiana Chestnut trees, or Money trees. They don’t look like your typical braided Money tree and I really like how unique they look.
Meyer Lemon
This is my small Meyer Lemon seedling. I started growing this tree from a seed and am watching as it grows its first leaves and hopefully some lemons one day.
Desert Rose
This is my Desert Rose tree. It has very few leaves because I have been having an issue with the plant keeping its leaves.
Juniper
This is my stunning Juniper tree. My mom got it for me as a present and it is just an awesome looking tree.
Seedlings
These are all the seeds that I have planted within the past week. There are over ten different varieties of trees planted but I will keep you updated as they begin to break ground and show some growth.
